Ordered a pair of boots on November 6, 2009. They took my money. Never received the boots. Never got my money refunded to me. Relentlessly tried to call and e-mail them, but was not successful. Site is down for maintenance. Phone number is disconnected now, which doesn't matter...left numerous messeges and received no response. I now see MANY other unhappy and frustrated customers who are going through the same thing. There has to be something that can be done!...Anyone know what?????
