When we were on the internet, we got a pop-up that said it was from Microsoft for antivirus software. It said that my computer was infected with 350+ viruses and locked up the computer. This was impossible because we had just built the computer less than a week ago. We bought the antivirus software only to find out that it in itself was a virus. We had to completely erase the memory, format the drives, install the os, and reinstall everything we had just done a couple of days before. I want my money back! read full review »
