I ordered a motorola razr v3 xx new in the box with the extended warrantee plan and all the accessories. I got everthing I ordered, but the phone is for another country and does not have any signal at all. It took over 10 days to recieve the package and then when it didnt work I tried calling only to get put on hold and could never reach them again. I have faxed them messages and tried to call many times.
