I just called ACS to find out the status of an IBR that was submitted at the beginning of Dec.09 and was told I would have to be transferred to a different department. I was transferred to a number that announced the number has been changed. I dialed the new number and was patched into a "Free sexline" service. What idiots. It is very hard to find the actual number for ACS...makes one wonder- why are they hiding?
