authorized $26 and resceived an invoice charging me $73 in unauthorized charges, called capitol one credit card company and can only file a dispute, whatever that means? I had a number 1-888-448-6887 called to cancel, the company on an email they sent me was from marketbill.com, they said they would refund my credit card within 5 to 10 days I don't know if this is another scam to buy time, maybe there is some legal loophole where there is a time limit to complain or maybe they are packing their bags, does anyone know and can give me some guidance here?, it may sound like I'm ahead here but I doubt it, I think I'm getting the runaround! read full review »
