About a month ago I had my credit card stolen and had my bank issue me a new one. When I receive my new card I contact all the companies that automatically deducted payment to inform them, but I had missed Verizon FIOS. I evening I noticed my internet wasn't working and when I contact Verizon they told me it was due to a lack of payment. When I told them my situation and asked why I wasn't notified they told me whey weren't sure because it is their practice to notify all subscribers by phone, email and mail before they cancel... read full review »
