My wife had made a purchase of 3 beds at Hanks and More in N. Little Rock. We paid for delivery and setup. The beds arrived on time but they beat up the walls when they took them upstairs. Hanks was informed and asked for pictures. We sent pictures and had multiple conversations. Nothing was done about it and I grew weary and repaired the walls myself.
