I was asked to renew the Trend Micro anti virus and was charged $44.95 on my credit card on 10-28-2009. After having to take my computer to be repaired it was found that the anti virus wouldn't update and was not working. I now have a different anti virus and want a refund on my credit card for $44.95 for a product that was never activated. Please respond. read full review »
