I am trying to let Kmart and Sears and Craftsman know that I do not appreciate the way I was treated and I have written to the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and Howard Ain, the trouble shooter for channel 12, to let them know about your shoddy practices and to see if Kmart can be charged with consumer fraud. read full review »
