Yesterday I went to change my oil at the New Britain location. I was told by the manager Mark that I had to use the highest grade oil in my car because my car was and Audi. The oil change cost me a total of $96 and that was with a discount. This oil change cost me more that it did at the actual Audi dealership. My car only have 78000 miles on it. After doing research I found out that I did not need to use that oil and I could have gotten the regular synthetic oil for $35 which is what I went in for.
