I have purchased quite a few items from Wireless Galaxy over the years and never had any problems until this year. I purchased an accessory kit for my phone, which included 3 items. Only 2 were shipped to me. When I tried to contact the company to inquire about it, I was on hold for many minutes and gave up after I didn't receive a reply. I sent quite a few e-mails, and received sporadic replies.
