I am disappointed in the quality of service that is given. The customer service is that of I don't care about our customers because there are many more out there in our network. I signed up for the rebate within the time frame that was given. I did not check on it until the third bill still did not show the rebate. 6-8 weeks to process but has to be done in 60 days.
