I purchased a new hayward de filter on 6-16-09. I just found out that the filter had a broken pipe inside and water was bypassing the filter. I took the filter back to leslies pool supplies located on germantown pk just outside of plymouth meeting pa. I wanted either a new filter or my money refunded. The store manager refused and stated that he would have to send away for parts and repair it. Im having a family bar b q on saturday, The manager stated that its not his fault that saturdays a holiday. This is the last time that I will ever buy anything at leslies. The filter is 2 weeks old, never worked right and in effect I was told " too bad". read full review »
