This is a comment but I did not see a form for comments. I want to encourage all of you who have been victimized by this company to persist in solving the problem and getting reimbursed. My "journey" started in October. Like all of you, I was billed by 2 companies who were connected with Dazzle White. Neither of these companies were mentioned in the terms and conditions.
