Magic Jack claims customer can make phone calls in any length of time with in u.s. using their USB connecting dongle and an internet connection. I have a T1 and fast computer. But The company cuts off its phone calls after 3 minutes and 10 seconds. It used to be every 2-3 times a week they cut off the phone calls after the time (Summer 2009-Winter 2009). Now, as of 2010 March, phone calls get cut offed every time after 3 minutes and 10 seconds. I complained to the customer service (no phone number to call only website, email and automated chat line). They act like they are going to do something about it but nothing was done and it is getting worse. read full review »
