Called the technical number, someone in India answered. It was very difficult to understand them. They told me that my warranty on my printer had expired on June 19th and I was calling July 2nd. I told them that my printer was not a year old since we did not have a computer in June. We purchased our desk top on Aug 31st and the printer and computer were installed at the same time.
