I purchased a floor model Rod Hockey table from Dick's which they gave me a 10% discount on. What they didn't tell me is all the parts weren't there. After calling them and asking them if I could come back to pick up the manual, adapter and pucks. Of course the response after checking was they didn't have them. They told me to call Sportscraft that they would send me all the parts. So, I did just that they sent the adapter but the pucks were on backorder for 4 months.
