I bought tickets for an Aerosmith concert that was indefinitely postponed and cannot get my money back. Stubhub argues that it has not technically been cancelled yet. This is ridiculous because I cannot drive the 200+ miles back to Cincinnati if they do decide to reschedule. Stubhub refuses to help and misleads their customers to think they are buying from the company and not a 3rd party. STAY AWAY FROM STUBHUB! read full review »
