I have been a Verizon customer for at least 10 years. About 9 months ago I decided to switch to a smart phone, I did my research, and settled on the HTC Touch Pro which was compatible with the Garmin GPS application. I bought the phone and the Garmin application and everything thing worked great. Then one day I started having problems recieving email on my phone so Verizon suggested that I dial *228 to update my phone. After doing that I noticed the Garmin application would not work.
