Booked well in advance, at the airport 3hrs prior to flight and was mis led . I was told I would get a seat when I got to the gate . I believed her and it didnt happen. How and why does this happen and why cant they be up front with their passengers. I didnt know I wasnt boarding until a couple of minutes before take off. At least let me know ahead of time( and there was time ) so I could weigh out any other options and be prepared.They left me panic stricken and stressed with no help from them.
