In Nov 2009 I ordered a tool on line. I was told the tool was in stock, but some accessories that I had ordered were back ordered. They said they could only ship the complete shipment at once since the order was from Canada (what a bunch of bull). At any rate, after a long wait, the tool was eventually shipped to me on Feb 16/2010 - 3 months later. When I opened the box, I discovered they had shipped me the wrong tool.
