Prospect Park was notified in December 2009 of my desire to vacate the dirty premises at the end of my February Lease. They mailed the proper paperwork and acknowledge my plan to leave. In March, after I requested my desire to have my $99.00 deposit, they sent a letter stating that I hadn't notified them of my departure. They additionally charged $921. read full review »
