Since September 2009 when I returned the product, I've been waiting for my $89.89 refund. I've been calling every other day, sent more than six emails with no answer, and the customer service for this company is a disgrace. They are liers and keep on giving excuses. There is no manager to whom you can talk to. They are ilegally retaining my money and this is a crime. It is a shame that companies like that are allowed to keep on functioning. Criminals and liers, that's what they are, with no decency of showing their faces and answer for their crimes of keeping other's money. Cowards!!! read full review »
