Don't get involved with this company! they take your money and THEN tell you instructions that make you jump through all kinds of hoops to get your birthcertificate. THEN they don't send it, don't acknowledte your faxes, don't answer your emails. Don't send back your money. They just DON'T. They truly don't care either.
