I have purchased a lot of things in my life and have had some bad customer service before but I have never had any as poor as Koo Koo Bear Kids. If you take on thing from this review, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! When it came time to buying a Crib and other furniture items for our nursery we found a set we liked and searched out online retailer of that brand and set.
