This is a luxury shopping website. I've been shopping with them for years. The last few transactions have been troublesome and I feel compelled to file this complaint. Most recently, I purchased a sporty watch for $450, and it was sent to me dead. It looked brand new so, possibly old stock, I dunno. I called/emailed multiple times and finally received a Return Authorization number and was sent the prepaid Federal Express shipping label.
