My experience with Mercantila (mercantila.com) was bad from the beginning until now and I do not have a complete resolution yet. I had issues with their web site order entry and ended up purchasing two stationary bikes instead of the one stationary bike I intended to get. I try to contact Customer Service and they were virtually unreachable by telephone (hold times of over an hour on more than one occasion) and the always fun one-way communications via the web site (no-reply e-mail addresses).
