Having had a couple of bad experiences with ProFlowers, when I discovered this site, I began rooting around reading about the experience of others. I seems that there are at least 2000 complaints about ProFlowers, Red Envelope, Free Shipping.com, Easy Saver, and Encore Marketing that share the "questionable" web practices these companies seem to be engaging in as a group.
