Bob's has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought two bedrooms sets for my grandchilden. Four weeks later they still were not delivered. When they finally called to deliver I was told some parts were not avalible and it would be at least two months before they would be. After being laughed at by the store manager and told it is what it is I cancelled my order. They must get this a lot as it did not bother them to lose thousands of dollars. Stay far far away from Bob's. It's not worth it. read full review »
