I signed up for an upgrade and extension for one year of my Norton anti-virus security system for my HP Pavillion Laptop Computer which I purchased in December 2009. I downloaded a version of it on February 15 of this year but it appears that I was billed for two separate downloads. On my recent Visa bill, there were two charges, one for $65.15 and one for $54.30. Since I only downloaded one version into my computer, I should receive credit for the second billing.
