I've also had a $10/month service charge added to the account where I had balance supposedly at 3.99% and 4.99% for life of the balance. In addition, the minimum payment is tripled. As others are reporting, I was offered the old minimum payments if I agreed on a higher interest rate. This is the sleaziest move yet that I have seen in a bank/credit card company. They don't deserve any money from the government. read full review »
