I ordered the product on the 21st and it was a 14 day trial to be canceled on the 14th day. I than called on the 8th which happen to be a monday and also happen to be day 15. They charged my account and refused to credit it. Claiming I did not call on time (by one day not even 24hrs). I have been cancelled however and wont receive anymore shipments.
