The facility makes promises to families and cannot possibly keep because of lack of staff. They have two (2) personal care aides for 45 residents. Security system is never on and residents have been found wandering down the busy street (4 lane) or have been found outside and fallen on the ground and unable to get up without assistance. My family member has been found in deplorable condition and appeared she/he had been that way for quite some time (hours). Medication is being given by a person with an extensive criminal record. There is not a dietician to plan meals for residents. Very unsatisfied with facility, all they give you is false promises. read full review »
