We purchased a wine bottle opener from this company that did not work properly from the beginning. It never worked smoothly and often didn't remove corks properly. It then broke entirely. We contacated them and offered an exchange for another type of opener, and they refused. They then stopped responding to our contact efforts. They sold us a faulty opener for almost $100 dollars and then refused to remedy the situation when it broke. read full review »
