Booked a Holiday Inn through Hotwire and discovered that Holiday Inn offered a better rate on their website than Hotwire offered. Hotwire refused to allow a cancellation and was completed unsympathetic (e.g "too bad for you!") We won't ever use HW again. Unfortunately, it used to be pretty good but obviously the chains are trying to destroy their business model. Buyer beware! read full review »
