My experience with Mercantila (mercantila.com) was so bad that I have to let other people know they should stay away. First, I had issues with their web site order entry and ended up purchasing two items rather than just one. Then I tried to contact Customer Service and they were virtually unreachable by telephone (hold times of over an hour on more than one occasion) and purely one-way communication via the web site (could not reply to any e-mail that was sent).
