Contacted Nuvell regarding my GAP covearage on my vehicle since the company I made the purchase from has since gone under. I stayed on the phone for an hour and a half for them to constantly transfer me to Chevrolet Division ho has nothing to do with GAP. I even talked to reps at GMAC their mother company and has received no response. If you are looking for a company who is concerned this is not the one.
