My mother, Marcella Penaloza, moved in on 3/5. She noticed that there was NO running water, the carpet was very stained, and that there was a leakage in the restroom. She filled out the form that was given to her to explain of all the problems she saw in the apartment when she moved in and gave it to the office the next morning. The next day, 3/6, I took her to buy groceries and later in the day, we both noticed that the refrigerator was NOT getting cold. We called immediatly and left a message for maintanance.
