6 months ago we bought a brand new front loading washer and dryer. I paid $800 for my brand new washing machine. After it was installed, it never worked properly, and they keep telling me that they have the parts on back order for it. It has been 6 months since I bought a BRAND NEW washer, and it hasn't worked for 6 months. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations for customer service, but if the product didn't work brand new, then it needs to be replaced.
