I want to go paperless billing and I can't get into my account. I've spent days an days trying to do this. Entering your website (fiacardservices.com) you take me to eib...? website. I always get timed out. My name, address, acct #, etc is there and correct. I'm in there and I don't understand why I can't bring my account. When I enter my user name and password you tell me they aren't valid. I know what I'm entering is correct are as I wrote them down when I registered. Do something about this!! read full review »
