I am waiting on a 1099 form that shows how much interest I have paid in the past year on my defaulted student loan. I have called twice, once at 8:30a.m. and again today at 1:00p.m and got a recording that states the office hours and then says that the office is closed. I need this form to file my income tax of which they get as a federal tax return offset.
