I received my AT&T phone bill and noticed an $8.23 charge on my bill. This is the second time it has appeared and the fee was removed both times. For future references, AT&T offers a "third party" block for internet services. What this service does is insure that the internet customer AND an AT&T representative are on the phone at the same time to verify the subscription FREE OF CHARGE. I just signed up for this today, so I'll have to wait and see if it actually works! read full review »
