I am late with my loan payment and understand people have to do their jobs and could care less about your personal problems. I get that but when a store manager is calling your job and hanging up and you dial *69 its their cell number I suppose and you have already spoken with someone in the office and told them you would make a payment on a certain day and they enter it in the computer why should you still be harrassed?
