When I wanted to get out of my membership, I was told specifically that I could pay on a monthly cycle and cancel at any time. I asked specifically if I could do this, at which time I was given something to sign and rushed through the process in order to get the "pay as you go" rate. When I called to try to cancel my membership, I was told that I had signed a one year contract and I would continue to be billed on the monthly cycle. This is complete fraud and I want everyone to be aware of these kind of "monthly contracts" NYHRC will claim to provide. read full review »
