This service was canceled several months ago and out of the blue I receive a collection notice that I owe them $33.80. I tried to speak with someone in reference to this error and I could hardly understand them and was told they had no record of my cancellation. Word to the wise, if you have this service and cancel. Please get a reference number and date of cancellation for future records and hold on to it for at least two years. read full review »
