I took a Continental flight from Ontario, CA to Houston, TX, my final destination being La Guardia, NY, with my wife, and a year old baby. When I arrived at La Guardia at noon, the baggage containing baby care items--almost all of what we brought on for our baby to survive winter, food, clothes, gifts and memorabilia-- was missing. We were callously told by Continental baggage staff to wait until arrival of the very final flight of the day from Houston at midnight.
