I too was scammed by Claire Kleins free but not free offer. They also gave a false phone number on my bank statement. I did the survey and chose the necklace. My account was deducted the dollar and the 3.99 and then two weeks later the account was deducted 95.00. Because of this I am now behind on bills, my debit card had to be cancelled and this company obviously doesn't give a shit that they are ripping people off.
