I received product on 3/3/10 and didn't open it until 3/5/10. That's when I noticed my time to cancel was up on 3/4/10. I called as soon as I was able to cancel because I had just received the product and hadn't even had a chance to try it out to determine if I even wanted to continue receiving it or not. I was told at that time that this was not a problem and given a cancellation number of 996678 and specifically told that my account would not be charged.
