Worst internet based company I have ever dealt with. One person running the order desk that has no idea what is going on, so communication and information is terrible. They advertise items as in stock, when they are not. You don't find this out until the order is shipped and they have charged your credit card. It's like pulling teeth to get your money refunded. I waited 3 weeks to get a refund. I will NEVER do business with them again, no matter how good the price of an item is...because chances are, if it's a good price, they don't have it in stock. read full review »
