I have submitted gas receipts for the months of August & september. I paid a $ 5 fee through pay pal as requested. it is now december & I have not received my $25 redemption cards for both months, which would be $55. stated I would be returned the $5. I have contacted customer service through email & still have not received any cards or valid information in response. wondering if they are scamming individuals. read full review »
